Golder Ranch EMS Membership will cover ambulance transport from anywhere within Golder Ranch Fire District and covers transport to the nearest appropriate hospital, not the hospital of choice. This annual membership program ensures that you and family will not receive a bill should you need an ambulance transport. If an ambulance responds but the patient is not transported, there will be no charge.
Simply complete the application along with your payment. Only those household members listed on the form will be covered under the plan. As soon as we receive your completed application and payment, you will be enrolled in Golder Ranch EMS Membership.
Coverage will begin on 05/01/2024 and continue through 06/30/2024 for a prorated amount of $18.82.
